Return and refund policy
At Tinkklebox, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return an item. We want to make this process as easy and straightforward as possible for you. Our return and refund policy is designed with your convenience in mind.
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy!
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at sales@tinkklebox.com. We’ll guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, so it’s important to contact us first.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if there’s an error with your order, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We’re here to help and will work to resolve any issues promptly.
While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. If you have any questions about whether your item is returnable, don’t hesitate to ask!
For exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted. This way, you can ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for.
If you’re located in the European Union, you have a 7-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason. Just remember, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll receive your refund on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
